*This is a hybrid role with in-office days in Waltham, Ma.

What You'll Do at Pega:

The Go-to-Market Analytics and Insights Analyst II will partner with other internal team members, as well as partners across the Go-to-Market function such as our Sales Operations, Client Success, and Corporate Strategy teams. This role will be a key business partner to these teams by building and providing data products to support actionable insights that help drive optimal business outcomes. As well as looking for opportunities to optimize and scale processes across the company.

• Design, develop, and maintain innovative data products that deliver actionable insights and enhance stakeholder efficiency and decision-making capabilities.

• Be a trusted business partner to other operational functions and senior executives to understand their challenges and develop sophisticated data-driven solutions.

• Drive innovation in our analytical approaches by identifying opportunities for process improvement and introducing creative solutions.

• Contribute to groundbreaking initiatives, including the development and implementation of GenAI-powered analytics tools.

• Present compelling insights and recommendations to stakeholders, demonstrating clear business impact.

• Ensure a high level of data quality for your data product(s).

• Optimize and scale processes.
