Pegasystems is seeking bright, detail-oriented students pursuing degrees in Business, Computer Science, or related fields who are eager to learn and explore the realm of software product management. In our Agile development environment, our interns work closely with our product management team to analyze customer feedback and improve the product portfolio. Interns will gain hands-on experience in collecting and analyzing customer insights, updating and creating customer-facing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience. Interns participate in the process of defining new and exciting products for some of the largest brands in the world, gaining invaluable exposure to high-impact projects.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Develop an understanding of Customer Decision Hub and how the product meets client requirements.

  • Collect and organize customer feedback from various sources including support tickets, end user feedback, and client interviews.

  • Analyze feedback to identify common pain points, feature requests, and compile a comprehensive report summarizing key findings and actionable insights.

  • Create new documentation and tutorials to assist users in understanding and effectively using the product.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy.

  • Support the testing of new and enhanced features to ensure all requirements are satisfied.

Who You Are:

You are an upperclassman student pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, looking for an internship that provides practical real-world experience in product management. You understand basic programming principles and have an interest in Artificial Intelligence including machine learning, generative AI, and data science in general. You are detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and have a passion for improving user experiences.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodology.

  • Drive for continuous learning and development.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to solve problems and identify creative solutions.

  • Familiarity with customer feedback analysis and documentation practices is a plus.
