3-5 must haves: 1.0-2 years of MFG experience (will take no MFG experience, but prefer some experience) 2. good attendance and reliability (company has had a lot of attendance issues? 3. working with a microscope 4-6 hours per day (not required to have microscope experience but must be comfortable using a microscope) 4. comfortable working in a clean room / regulated environment 5. Good hand eye dexterity and comfortable working with small hand tools (solder tools, tweezers, ect.)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assembling/Packaging products • Filling out paperwork for related assemblies and production activity • Communicating discrepancies or potential issues as needed • As necessary, performs other duties as required • Understanding of measuring devices, prints and quality control documents, specifications and requirements. • Operation of mechanical, electrical and optical tools and equipment for quality inspection. • Ensures high quality standards associated with assembly production to manufacture superior medical product assemblies. • Uses programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. • Perform operational test and fault isolation on systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: • High School diploma or equivalent • 0-2 years' experience in a related field is required • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations • Microscope experience • Ability to follow GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practice) using Standard Operating Procedures • Maintains records and clean room environment to comply with regulatory requirements • Use various measurement devices to record data and produce assemblies to written specifications • Manual dexterity, eye hand coordination, and visual acuity • Ability to read, write and understand English • Ability to perform repetitive work while paying attention to detail • Maintain product traceability and identification • Identify and segregate Non-Conforming Product • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers • Able to work closely with other people. • Detail oriented. • Electronic Skills: Has a basic understanding of electricity. • Computer Skills: Is familiar with Microsoft Office products.
