Job Description:

Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for creating impactful solutions? Our client is seeking a talented Data Science Engineer to join our team their team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data visualization and analysis projects, enhancing our understanding of client interactions and improving business unit segmentation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Develop a “Company Interactions History” web application utilizing the existing web app to provide insights at the contact level, allowing for a more comprehensive view of client interactions.

• Perform surge analysis to identify clients experiencing sudden peaks in marketing interactions to proactively alert the associated sales and marketing teams, enhancing their ability to respond to client needs.

• Ingest and incorporate additional prospection data from HubSpot into the history, providing a more robust dataset for analysis and visualization.

• Enhance existing interest-based segmentation to a deeper level tailoring to the needs of specific business units, supporting more targeted and effective strategies.

• Manage and update tickets related to the project, ensuring timely progress and resolution of issues.

• Write and maintain code to support the various aspects of the project, ensuring functionality and performance.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all aspects of the project, including code, processes, and findings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

• Expertise in Python, Spark, Machine Learning, SQL, and ElasticSearch.

• Experience with data visualization technologies, including Vue.JS, React, or similar, and API development.

• Familiarity with AWS services such as Athena, Glue, SageMaker, and Step Functions.
