Job Purpose

To work with team members closely internally and externally to accomplish and support National Grid to elevate its customer engagement by increasing self-service transactions, channel optimization and improving customer satisfaction across all digital touch points, including social, web, email and text.

What you'll do

  • Maintain an excellent working relationship with designated functional teams (Product, Design and Engineering Managers) to ensure support services are meeting requirements.

  • Lead organisation of the weekly CPO all hands call

  • Support Operations Managers with end-to-end resource planning, including raising positions, requisitions, managing demand sheet, forecast, and organizing resourcing reviews.

  • Support with varied and dynamic range of projects, from business and performance reporting to strategic planning processes and budgeting.

  • Create and maintain multi-channel comms and stakeholder lists to support outcomes

What you'll need

  • Proactive, can do positive attitude. Open to new challenges.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.

  • Highly organized individual capable of establishing dynamic routines and working as part of a diverse global team.

  • Previous experience of working within a support function, Product or Business Ops team

  • Understanding of Agile delivery principles
