How you will make an impact!

We are seeking a Finance Director to join our dynamic Global Business Services (“GBS”) team to lead the financial planning and analysis in support of our global procurement and sustainability teams. The Finance Director will play a critical role in strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure effective resource allocation and achievement of our company-wide initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of complex business experience and has expertise in collaborating with and influencing business partners to help deliver against financial goals and growth plans. The candidate has experience building and leading a highly effective team, with a keen focus on career development.

You will provide!

• Partnership: Ability to partner with operating leaders to drive financial and operational results supporting our strategic and financial goals

• Financial Domain and Management Reporting: Collaborate with finance and operational colleagues to ensure high integrity of the financials and clarity in understanding results relative to expectations. Generate and deliver a cohesive story for senior leadership decision-making through ad-hoc, monthly, and quarterly reviews

• Process Acuity: Ability to own and lead key financial processes in areas of ownership. This includes the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), long range strategic forecasting (STRAP), month-end and quarter closes, productivity policy interpretation and application, etc.

• Flexibility: Work cross-functionally with individuals and teams from different areas and drive continuous operational improvement in daily activities

You will need?

• High Potential Talent: Demonstrate consistent performance, drive, flexibility, and financial acuity

• Leadership: Experience leading a finance team of three analysts and provide business partnership to succeed against goals

• Influence: Comprehend and translate business challenges and requirements into sound solutions attaining consensus to support innovative ideas with the leadership team

• Balance: Effectively balance/flex between leading day-to-day finance responsibilities, while partnering on the operational aspects of the business and helping to frame priorities for leadership team consideration

• Results-Oriented: Driven to exceed goals. Deliver outstanding results . Lead projects and partner with cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

• Data-Focused: Acquire and analyze data and use it to drive forecasting and identification of risks and opportunities of financial results vs plan

• Innovative: Challenge core processes and use prior finance experience to drive innovative solutions and daily efficiency

• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and region

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics strongly desired.

• CPA or MBA preferred

• Experience (10+ years) in financial management, in a global organization or within procurement and sustainability sectors
