In this position, you will be part of the High Performance Chromatography Solutions (HPCS) Marketing team with responsibility for web pages and asset management. The role will be a branch of our Division Web Production Team dedicated to HPCS. While providing day-to-day support to the team, you'll collaborate with partners as needed during planning and execution, provide insight into opportunities for improved production and overall user experience. You will work closely with Marketing and eBusiness to build and maintain an outstanding web experience across our eCommerce site and product and vertical market pages.

A Day in the Life

  • Support our HPCS Business Unit with their eCommerce platform and assist in building out and updating web and product catalog (SKU) content.

  • Assist with the submission of product data into Agile PLM and Oracle PLM, ensuring data integrity.

  • Collaborate with HPCS Business product marketing, vertical marketing, corporate content architecture team, and eBusiness colleagues to review and prioritize content improvements.

  • Implement processes such as New Product Introductions, discontinuations, selection tools, price promotions, and changes to existing products.

  • Maintain data accuracy and standards through product auditing initiatives.

  • Continuously research and identify standard processes to improve our marketing experience, sharing findings with key team members.

  • Upload assets adhering to all metadata standards.

Keys to Success

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience working within a website/digital marketing function.

  • Enterprise site-level authoring experience within a large framework.

  • Experience proofreading product and asset data attributes for detail and accuracy.

  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Access.

  • Experience with Hybris, OpenText Media Manager, AEM, and Brightcove preferred.

  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $76,000.00–$114,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
