As a financial analyst, you’ll put your investigative and problem-solving skills to use by conducting a wide variety of analyses. If you have a passion for numbers, let’s introduce ourselves.
Key Responsibilities
Developing forecasts and annual plans
Analyzing financial data, preparing variance analysis reports, and providing recommendations to senior management to drive growth and profitability
Conducting analyses on existing revenue streams and strategies for growth, expenses and cost to serve, advisor productivity, asset flows and trends, industry trends, and competitor performance
Building and maintaining financial and operational models to support strategic investment
Making recommendations for finance process improvements and ensuring data integrity
Core Strengths and Skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
1–3 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or mathematics preferred
Advanced Excel skills
