Insight Global IAM Engineer - SailPoint in Waltham, Massachusetts

Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing insurance holding company. We are looking for an IAM Engineer to join their IT team and support our growing business. This is a permanent and fully remote opportunity.

The IAM Engineer will work closely with the Lead, IAM Engineer to bring SailPoint into production across the enterprise. On a day to day, the IAM Engineer will be working directly with customer ticketing portals and driving integrations and releases. This person will be responsible for deploying and maintaining an Identity Access Management program using SailPoint and enforcing best practices in security. He/ She will work on tasks within integrations and report on completed tasks. An example of project based work on the team is the ServiceNow integration where he/ she will be a core contributor. Clear communication skills and time management are critical in this role. The environment is a mix of Linux, and Windows operating systems, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and Jira, among other tools. Having familiarity with PCI compliance, SOC compliance, and PII is preferred.

Responsibilities:

 Implementation & Configuration: Implement and configure SailPoint IdentityNow, including application onboarding, provisioning, and workflow customization.

 Access Management: Manage access control, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.

 Integration: Integrate IAM solutions with various applications and systems.

 Maintenance & Support: Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for IAM systems.

 Security & Compliance: Ensure IAM solutions comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.

 Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and drive the implementation of new tools and technologies.

Compensation: $160,000- $180,000

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401K retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

  • 4+ years in an IAM (Identity Access Management) Engineering role

  • Experience with SailPoint IAM (Identity IQ or IdentityNow)

  • Prior experience supporting mid to large size organizations with a variety of operating systems (Linux, Windows, Mainframe)

  • Strong understanding of Security best practices

  • Clear communication skills - Financial Services or Life Science Industry background

  • Privilege Access Management tools (Delinea or Arcon)

  • Experience integrating ServiceNow into SailPoint null
