Picture Yourself at Pega:

The L&D lead will be responsible for assessing L&D needs and designing, developing, and executing comprehensive learning and development initiatives that align with our organizational goals. This role requires someone who can translate business needs into impactful learning initiatives and execute to enhance employee performance and drive organizational success.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Partner with leaders, business partners, other COEs, and enablement teams across the business to comprehensively understand L&D needs

  • Design, implement, and evaluate L&D programs to build and enhance the leadership, management, communication and team/interpersonal skills and knowledge of employees at all levels.

  • Utilize various instructional design methods, including e-learning, workshops, and blended learning approaches, to build and deliver solutions that best meet the organization's development needs

  • Deliver and facilitate learning through a variety of methods, including in-person, virtual and e-Learning platforms

  • Develop and implement feedback tools and a comprehensive set of metrics to evaluate the impact of learning on employee and organizational performance.

  • Use the data to identify trends and make informed decisions about current and future investments.

  • Identify, evaluate, select and manage external partners to provide learning programs and services.

  • Stay abreast of latest innovations and infuse external best practices to leverage technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI).

  • Develop a robust communication strategy by clearly articulating outcomes & impact.

  • Reporting to the senior leader of L&D, you are a member of the team charged with building, implementing, and measuring programs that strengthen learning for all Pega employees

  • You are a seasoned L&D professional who can execute the L&D in a practical, tangible, and timely manner.

  • You have worked across different cultures in a global environment. You have a passion for execution, enjoy creative solutions, and don’t shy away from a challenge.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR/L&D/ or equivalent experience

  • Proven track record of developing and delivering leadership, management, communication, and team/interpersonal development for a global company

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and build constructive relationships with stakeholders

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to influence and train at all levels of the organization

  • Experienced project and program management with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives

  • Significant experience in a global environment, preferably in technology companies

  • Significant cross-cultural awareness and adapts inclusive practices

  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible/adaptable to shifting priorities

  • Certification in instructional design

  • Certification in learning facilitation and delivery

  • Experience/Certification in assessments/tools (Predictive Index, Discovery Insights, etc.)
