This position can be based out of one of our offices or based remotely.
We are currently seeking a Member Support Analyst who will be assisting to ensure that our customers are paid. The ideal candidate will have experience working with large data sets, including high-impact financial data. This role will work closely with our technical teams including database managers, and Salesforce.com developers as well as finance/accounting, sales and service staff.
A high aptitude for problem solving is necessary for success in this role. There will be monthly and quarterly deadlines with significant impact on the organization. The scope of this role is expected to grow as we continue to add partners and expand. There is potential for this role to interact with executives and other key business leaders. As such, a high level of competence is essential.
Primary Responsibilities and Activities will include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for responding to the shared email requests, including research, preparing payment requests, voids, and other activities as necessary
Uploading/inserting data into our CRM (currently Salesforce)
Communicating with all levels of employees regarding payment information for our customers
May be required to mail member rebates and all activities that entails

30,000 Locations? earnings totaling over $10M is accounted for in our CRM; quarterly and/or monthly deliverables with hard deadlines. (These numbers are expected to grow as new brands are integrated and organizational strategy leads to growth.)

Education and Experience Required:
B.S./ B.A. degree from 4-year college preferred
2 years related experience preferred
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience working with Salesforce.com or another CRM would be preferred
Knowledge of Tableau would be a plus
