Picture Yourself at Pega:

As a key member of our FSI marketing team, you'll orchestrate sophisticated Account Based Marketing (ABM) programs that align with our clients' digital transformation journeys. You'll collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop targeted campaigns that showcase how Pega's AI-powered solutions solve complex challenges in financial services, from customer engagement to intelligent automation. You'll be part of a collaborative regional marketing team that values creative thinking and data-driven decision making. Our flexible work environment encourages innovation while maintaining focus on delivering measurable results for our target accounts.

*This is a hybrid role with in office days in Waltham, Ma.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Design and execute personalized ABM campaigns for tier-one financial institutions, leveraging Pega's leadership in AI and intelligent automation

  • Create segment-specific value propositions that resonate with different financial services verticals (banking, insurance, wealth management)

  • Collaborate with sales and industry practice teams during quarterly planning to develop account-specific engagement strategies

  • Analyze account insights and engagement data to refine targeting and messaging approaches

  • Coordinate high-impact events and thought leadership content tailored to FSI decision-makers

  • Support the development of account-specific marketing materials that highlight Pega's proven success in financial services digital transformation

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 1+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services or technology

  • Basic understanding of the financial services industry and its digital transformation challenges

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships across all organizational levels

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze marketing metrics and derive insights

What You've Accomplished:

  • Experience in supporting and or developing targeted marketing campaigns for enterprise accounts

  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build consensus

  • Track record of managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail

  • Familiarity with modern marketing automation tools and CRM platforms

  • Experience with tools like PowerBi or Tableau
