Job Description
We are seeking an experienced sales incentive plan operations analyst who will join our team to assist with driving our sales incentive program. Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Incentives within the Sales Operations organization, you will join a high performing team and will play a key role in the implementation of the annual sales incentive plan and ad hoc sales programs, leveraging best practices and best in class tools. You will participate in design, set up and implementation of the sales plan, and will support internal testing and audit requirements related to the sales plan. Working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance and Business Systems, this role will be key to supporting improvements to the plan tools and process.
Your role at Dynatrace
Support Sales Incentive Plan implementation, including program set up, education and inquiry support
Be a subject matter expert in technical and business processes for Sales Incentive Plan administration
Build and maintain standard and ad hoc Varicent reports
Identify and implement enhancements and best practices within Varicent in support of sales plan and related initiatives
Liaise with Sales Operations, Business Systems, Finance commissions team, and FP&A to define, prioritize, test and deploy tool changes related to the Sales Incentives process
Develop testing plans and facilitate user acceptance testing
Configure and test Varicent to for compensation plan specifications on an annual or as needed basis
Perform monthly reviews of commission credit to validate accuracy of all commission calculations
Contribute to business focused communications and training materials for Sales teams, relative to process and tool enhancements
Support internal and external audit as related to the sales incentive plan
Develop detailed process documentation for Varicent
Opportunities for ad hoc projects and assignments
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors Degree required
At least 5 years of sales incentive plan or related experience
At least 3 years Varicent experience
Sales Operations, Sales Incentives and Commissions experience
Strong working knowledge and understanding of software sales processes
Preferred Qualifications
High-level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proven ability to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment in a timely manner
Global experience (languages, currencies, time zones)
Excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong customer service orientation
Strong written and verbal communication skills and documentation skills
Demonstrated comfort interacting with all levels of the organization
Collaborative style with interest in team success and individual growth
Self-starter with the ability to work under minimal guidance and direction to meet deadlines

Compensation and rewards
The salary range for this role is $76,000-$95,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
