Job Description

Lead initiatives and work across teams to inform decisions related to prioritization, investment, and other ongoing business priorities, enabling insights and decision-making velocity in support of our transformation.

· Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive alignment and develop projects that scale at a global level, drive change, and achieve results.

· Facilitate continuous process improvement by analyzing related data and identifying and coordinating opportunities to improve business outcomes.

· Responsible for defining best practices for business process optimization, requirements definition, current and future state analysis and a business value case.

· Determines the optimal resource mix for effective project delivery

· Own the operating rhythm of the Marketing business including QBRs, annual planning, and all-team calls and

· Recommend revisions to existing metrics and measurements

· Partner with FP&A and Marketing Leadership to ensure that budget spend is aligned with strategy and delivering maximum ROI

· Own tasks which are an urgent priority for Dynatrace’s success and then find the right home for them.

· Champion a culture of shared ownership, constant transformation, and urgency.

· Create leaders in everyone around you

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

· 5+ years championing organizational change (leading change to people, process, and technology transformation.)

Preferred Requirements

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies

· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset

· Ability to quickly parachute into any problem area, dig in, and fix it.

· Ability to connect the dots across teams, metrics, and initiatives.

Candidate can work remotely within the United States

Additional Information

DOE, annual salary is plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
