We are providing an opportunity for a Systems Business Analyst to join our team in Waltham Massachusetts. In this role, you will focus on the detail and design of a new ERP system. This role will partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the design of the new ERP matches the needs in the business for all finance and supply chain applications. This is a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting Gap Analysis to identify areas of improvement in the current system

• Working with customer credit applications, processing them accurately and efficiently

• Utilizing tools such as Atlassian Jira and Confluence to manage projects and communicate with team members

• Maintaining accurate customer credit records and monitoring customer accounts

• Implementing Agile Scrum methodologies in the project management process

• Deploying CRM strategies for better business processes

• Conducting Backlog Grooming to prioritize tasks in the project pipeline

• Developing Business Requirement Documents to outline the needs and expectations of the business

• Implementing D365 in the new ERP system

• Performing Business Process Re-engineering and Business Process Design to enhance the functionality of the system

• Acting as a Functional Consultant, providing advice and guidance on the use of the system

• Creating Functional Design documents to guide the development and implementation of the new system.

Requirements • Proficient with Atlassian Jira

• Extensive knowledge of business systems

• Experience with Confluence

• Proficient in CRM usage

• Skills in Gap Analysis

• Familiarity with AB Testing

• Experience in Agile Scrum

• Knowledge of Backlog Grooming

• Understanding of Business Process Functions

• Ability to create Business Requirement Document

• Familiarity with D365

• Skills in BPR - Business Process Re-engineering

• Knowledge of BPD - Business Process Design

• Experience as a Functional Consultant

• Skills in Functional Design
