CVS Health IT Retail Systems Compliance - Senior Analyst in Wellesley, Massachusetts

Job Description

As part of the IT Retail Security Compliance team, you will assist our data steward with data sourcing, reporting, and analysis to help drive timely insights into compliance workload, status, and emerging priorities across the Retail and Corporate Systems portfolio. We are looking for a colleague who can serve as an integral resource to help continuously improve our IT Retail reporting frameworks and compliance posture.Responsibilities include but not limited to:• Assist data steward and others on compliance management team with gathering, compiling, analyzing, and trending data across multiple compliance domain areas• Assist with designing, developing, and enhancing scorecards, dashboards, metrics, and other actionable reporting for our application and leadership teams.• Integrate analytical solutions / tools, data visualization techniques, visual design concepts as well as evaluate and implement different technologies to improve our metrics and reporting frameworks.• Assure and maintain highest levels data quality, consistency, and integrity .• Maintain key files and relevant data sources for IT Retail Security Compliance governance and reporting.• Assist with compilation and maintenance of process documentation, job-aids, and other support-related materials as needed.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 70,000

Maximum: 140,000

Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analytic and reporting experience, with demonstrated proficiency in areas of statistical analysis, data visualization, and leveraging data to influence and drive decision making.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server, or other similar reporting / data visualization technologies• Process improvement exposure / Lean / Six Sigma• Knowledge of IT / Cyber Security, Compliance, and Privacy best practices and theory• Previous work experience in Information Security, Privacy, Project Management or related practice field• Keen attention to detail and quality is a must• Solid organizational skills and demonstrated versatility to handle concurrent high priority tasks• Self-motivated with ability to work independently with minimal supervision or without direction, and ability to prioritize work effectively• Strong problem-solving, analytical, critical thinking, and project management skills with willingness to understand and probe into technical details• Strong oral and written and communication skills with ability to clearly articulate and communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, charts, macros) and Access (SQL) skills


Bachelor's degree in relevant business area or equivalentyears of experience.
