Position Summary

Leads and participates in the development, validation and delivery of algorithms, statistical models, reporting tools, and ad hoc analyses. Solves complex analytical problems. Works cross functionally with data engineering, clinical, product, and other teams, to develop, launch, monitor, and improve, analytic solutions. Develops condition identification and risk stratification algorithms. Develops member facing campaigns to connect the right members with the right health solutions & interventions. Measures campaign performance.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience

  • Experience with health insurance claims data analytics

  • Strong knoweldge of SQL

  • Strong knowledge of Python and/or R

  • Experience with experimental design and statistical measurement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Healthcare analytics experience strongly preffered

  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork

  • Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

Education

  • Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Physics, Engineering, or related discipline

  • Equivalent Combination of education and experience may be considered

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $222,480.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
