The Fox and Crow Morning Baker/Prep Person in Wellfleet, Massachusetts
This is a GREAT OPPORTUNITY for the RIGHT PERSON! We are open and operate year-round. The right person will work in our bakery and prep operations We are looking for the right individual to join our team. A person that has a good understanding of what it takes to make great baked goods that are consistent and top quality. The right individual must; Be a morning person! Be experienced in both baking and prep operations Be organized Be Professional with strong interpersonal skills Have a solid understanding of commercial production standards Have knowledge and experience of commercial baking techniques Have the ability to coordinate and multitask several items at one time Be or willing to obtain SERV Safe Certified \ Allergen & Choke Certified A plus: Experience with bread production, pasta, specialty cakes, gluten-free, vegan baking, middle eastern specialties Compensation package is extremely competitive and will be based on the person\'s experiences, skills and work history.
