Our dairy cooperative is seeking a regular, full-time Lab Technician 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm). Schedule flexibility required -- willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays and rotate shift, as required based on business needs. Responsibilities include all aspects of product testing, ingredient screening, sanitation monitoring, loss control prevention, QA/QC of equipment, record keeping and report generation. Communication of quality standards and direction of blending/standardizing operations are also required.. Minimum requirement High School Diploma / GED / HiSet. Bachelor\'s Degree in Food Science or related field preferred. Lab experience preferred. Physical Requirements include: mostly standing and sitting, some walking, bending and climbing (multiple flights of stairs on occasion).
