United Site Services Director, Sales Operations in Westborough, Massachusetts

Position Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Director of Sales Operations primary responsibilities are to improve the overall efficiencies of the USS Sales organization and increase the consistency, productivity, and processes around customer interactions to improve sales growth and customer retention.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Build and improve sales processes for both the field and inside sales organization as well as processes between sales and key internal business partners.

  • Improve existing customer segmentation

  • Manage and build processes around CRM engagement with the sales organization.

  • Communication of new sales initiatives around pipeline, leads, accounts, projects, quoting and pricing actions

  • Build and maintain strong rapport with all areas of commercial and cross-functional key stakeholders to understand business challenges and partner to develop optimal solutions for CRM and related processes.

  • Work with sales leadership to enhance and optimize sales strategy and processes

  • Partner with marketing to develop campaigns based on CRM data

  • Facilitate system automation, implementations/upgrades, changes and process efficiencies.

  • Partner with third-party service providers for technical execution/implementation.

  • Work on a team to design, scope, brainstorm, and innovate technology and processes that benefits USS's sales and marketing functions

  • Manage multiple, low to medium complexity cross-functional projects, with a focus on maintaining high execution focus

  • Leverage your expertise to educate, advise other team members as they proceed through the solution delivery lifecycle

  • Quickly adapt and build business process knowledge that supports USS Sales Operations

  • Perform other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS

This position requires supervisory responsibilities including both direct and indirect reports.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Minimum - 4 Year/Bachelors Degree in business, communications, or a related field

  • Preferred - Graduate Degree/MBA

Experience

  • Minimum - 10 years of experience with sales, sales support, sales enablement, sales operations or sales management.
