Role Description

Manage & lead the Shared Services team, with a primary focus around (fill in one of these- Account Resolution, Account Disputes, Subcontracting, Billing, Cash Applications team)

Essential Functions

Lead, motivate, and guide the members of our Shared Services teams to the highest level of performance. Promote and maintain an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork and collaboration. Work closely with the Senior Director of Shared Services or VP Finance to define and monitor KPI's of the Share Services teams, with a primary focus around (fill in one of these- Account Resolution, Account Disputes, Subcontracting, Billing, Cash Applications team) Process payroll and maintain all attendance records to ensure compliance with USS policy. Confidentiality and HR compliance must be maintained at all times. Assist in the on boarding of new Shared Services Associates. Support team with special projects and workflow process improvements. Lead on-going ERP transformation work streams to ensure business requirements are met & adhered to

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the Company's equipment, products, and services Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office)

• Well organized and ability to work under timelines and constraints Analytical, process oriented, and ability to focus on details for long periods of time.

• Strong knowledge on laws and regulations concerning credit and collection issues, such as lien laws, bonds and forcible guarantees of payment.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to tailor communication to audience

• Should be a resourceful person and perform in a professional manner.

Salary Range

$80,000.00 – $160,000.00 / year

Pay Transparency Statement

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
