The Manufacturing Project Leader for Cytiva is responsible for transferring new product development and introductions projects into manufacturing/operations, along with transfers of work to other global locations, and works in partnership with the wing-to-wing supply chain team as well as other functions including Sales and Operational Planning, materials leadership, operations leaders, Facilities, Planners, Buyers, and Logistics and Distribution Specialists.

This position is part of the Global Supply Chain New Product Introductions department and will be ON-SITE at Shrewsbury or Westborough, Massachusetts. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What You Will Do:

  • Understand project deliverables, ensuring supply chain readiness for each new project launch within Cytiva hardware and single use businesses.

  • Coordinate supply chain team defining roles and responsibilities, project deliverables and ensuring project schedule is maintained.

  • Complete supply chain project evaluations and documentation for milestone exits and present key project information to stake holders and senior management.

  • Manage process development and validation activities consisting of IQ, OQ, and PQ.

  • Manage global supply chain projects while maintaining scope, budget, and timeline.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree with preference for minimum of 5 years of engineering and operations experience, or Associate’s degree with preference for 8 years of experience or High School diploma with 12 years of experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.

  • Project Management experience, including familiarity with life cycle management process.

  • Working knowledge of lean manufacturing principles using quality improvement techniques.

  • Ability to collaborate in a team environment and self-manage deliverables.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel – 10% travel, overnight, within territory or locations

  • Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 35lb.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Understand product lifecycle management processes and associated tools to manage the project, including Microsoft Office, Miro, Smartsheet, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with writing technical reports, validation plans, and reports.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
