Summary

The position is responsible to promote eCW products and services to potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead generation: establish contact via phone and email to physician practices with the goal to schedule demonstrations of eClinicalWorks Industry leading Electronic Health Record Software

  • Execute sales campaigns to target audience

  • Work collaboratively in team environment to Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned

  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge

  • Work with cross-functional teams when required

  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up when needed

  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate team within eCW

Requirements

  • Ability to make 50+ calls/day

  • High School Diploma, Bachelor’s minimum

Preferred Requirements

  • 2 years of successful sales experience preferred

  • Ability to think analytically and create new initiatives/campaigns from the ground up

  • Professional demeanor

  • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques

  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation

  • Proficiency using Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and a CRM Tool

  • Strong ability to foster meaningful business relationships

  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask

  • Ability to persuade and influence others

  • Ability to present creative methods in generating and maintaining new business
