The Production Associate Cleanroom for Cytiva is responsible for working with leads, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency; complying with company safety and quality policies, concessions/deviations, ESD, calibration, preventative maintenance, material identification and segregation, and Good Documentation Practices; completing all planned quality and compliance trainings within the defined deadlines; participating in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams; and other duties as assigned.

This position is part of the Cleanroom department located in Westborough, MA and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

• Follow work procedures and schematics and receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

• Perform manufacturing assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.

• Maintain daily production output.

Who you are:

• High School Diploma or local equivalent.

• Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.

• Receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Must be able to work in a standing position for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge and understanding of production process, work instructions, documentation configuration control, non-conforming & rework documentation requirements.
