Position Overview

The RCM Quality Analyst is a liaison between the business and the operations team. This individual is expected to have the ability to perform objective analysis and present data/variables that impact the practices that avail the RCM services through eCW. The RCM Quality Analyst works closely with all RCM teams gauging and identifying various teams’ involvements based on issues or concerns brought forth with their review. The RCM- Quality Analyst helps manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive through the AMRC team.


  • Analyzes an account for its health receivable

  • Identifies decision makers within the client organization and if needed, is able to communicate objectively with supporting data on issues that are practice centric

  • Acts as a resource of knowledge for the eCW product for the operations team

  • Acts as a resource of knowledge for the Industry updates and changes, Research and share billing information pertinent to states and insurances

  • As needed, attends industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provides feedback and information on market and creative trends

  • Verifies that workflows are being adhered by both the customer and internal eCW team to improve back office operation, spot workflow gaps and brings it to the Leadership on operations and business as needed.

  • Understand payment posting, research and resolve payment discrepancies

  • Research accounts details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities and bridge the gap short term and identify strategy to bridge it long term

  • Follow Review AR aging to ensure compliance

  • Make recommendations to improve procedures for processing claims, payments, and refunds

  • Maintaining and reduce the days in AR for assigned accounts

  • Maintain and increase the net collection percentage for assigned accounts

  • Other duties as assigned


  • 7 years of experience in the medical accounts receivable industry, working in various facilities and/or specialties

  • 2 years of experience working with Vision payer (Commercial and Government) in United States

  • Ability to travel at as needed (not to exceed 5-15%)

Preferred Requirements

  • Working knowledge of RCM services, eClinicalWorks (vision) products and other offered services is a plus
