The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible for conducting internal audits and preparing reports of findings as part of the Quality Assurance Department’s audit program for quality assurance testers. The Quality Assurance Auditor will audit software testers to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and key performance indicators.

Job Functions/Responsibilities• Perform quality assurance audits to ensure quality assurance testers meet internal and external requirements and standards• Define QA auditing policies, vision and objectives• Evaluate and improve existing QA audit tools and processes• Create, measure, and report key metrics for the performance of the QA Department software testers• Prepare audit reports and memorialize results (including failures and deviations)• Identify potential risks and opportunities for education and training as a result of the identification of such risks• Recommend changes to improve processes and strengthen compliance controls• Maintain audit statistics and documentation for review and tracking purposes • Prepare and present audit reports to Quality Assurance leadership and to the Compliance Office and work with leadership to develop and implement corrective actions as appropriate

Experience/Education RequirementsRequirements - Read Only• Bachelor’s Degree required; audit experience strongly preferred• Adheres to all company policies and mandatory compliance protocols as required by eCW
