Massage Envy Sales & Customer Service Associate in Westborough, Massachusetts
Massage Envy Westborough provides whole body wellness services.
We are looking for a customer-oriented sales associate. A sales/customer service associate will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, set appointments and provide sales recommendations. The best associates are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Problem-solving comes naturally to our associates.
Responsibilities
Generate sales (memberships, product & add-ons); match or exceed goals assigned
Manage large amounts of incoming calls
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Ability to work alone on shifts and handle any customer interactions
Fast learner
Skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Spa and sales experience is a plus!
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Efficient in working with computers
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school degree

Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.

Smart and savvy with solid math and computer skills, confidence handling cash, and a high school diploma or equivalent.
Masters of customer service who makes everyone they interact with feel valued and supported, whether in person or on the phone. Bonus points for previous customer service experience.
Fast on their feet with the ability to think critically, juggle multiple tasks, and set priorities.
Great teammates who can work well with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
Supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services.
