Kforce Salesforce Admin/Business Analyst in Westborough, Massachusetts

Kforce has a Westborough, MA client, an industry leading national firm is rolling out Salesforce business wide, from Sales and Service, to CPQ and Field Service seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst. This position is fully remote. Responsibilities of the Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst:This Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst role will focus on communicating through a variety of formats with a variety of audiences to gather the requirements to build successful Salesforce solutions. As a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst, you will be a subject matter expert on Salesforce and its use across multiple lines of business. The Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst is a highly visible, tremendously challenging role. There is lots of upside potential with this position. * A Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst with a Salesforce Admin (ADM201) and Platform App Builder (CRT403) Certified is preferable * A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience * The ideal Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst candidate has excellent communication skills, is organized, empathetic, a team player and is tenacious enough to learn and lead in a fast-paced, complex Salesforce environment * This candidate must establish relationships and trust across a diverse audience of IT members, end users and executives * The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and is able to make connections between a business process and Salesforce - determining if a requirement can be accomplished declaratively or through code * This person is inquisitive and self-aware, possesses the ability to know when to listen, and when to ask the right questions in order to get to the true business requirement behind the technical solution * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Ability to effectively communicate technical information verbally as well as in written formats * Experience administering Salesforce for multiple enterprise-level orgs (preferable) * Experience supporting a large sales organization (preferable) Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
