Adecco US, Inc. Senior R&D Technician in Westborough, Massachusetts

Adecco Staffing is currently working with a life science company in Westborough, MA! We are seeking experienced Senior R&D Technicians. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.

Pay range: Up to $35 per hour

Schedule : 1st Shift 8:30AM – 5:30PM

Responsibilities Include:

  • Support the development of new membranes to be used in filtration products.

  • In collaboration with engineering team, the R&D Technician will be involved in the operation and upkeep of prototype membrane equipment involving a variety of process steps.

  • Responsible for lab experiments involving chemicals, sampling, and testing of prototypes.

  • Conduct preliminary data analysis, communicate observations and issues to the engineers.

Qualifications Include:

  • HS Diploma or GED required with 2-5 years of hands-on working experience in membrane R&D and/or pilot membrane development.

  • Graduate with bachelor’s degree in chemistry, polymer, materials science, mechanical engineering or related.

  • Experience in roll-to-roll processing or web handling, filtration device fabrication preferred.

  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
