In this role you will identifying and targeting Technology, SI Delivery and Business Partners that will focus on delivering client-side results during implementation of our software, addressing the needs of the Life Sciences Industry. This is an exciting opportunity and new position for our company.
In this position:
You will collaborate with the leadership team to build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages.
You will build partnerships while properly balancing company goals, speed, and economic potential.
You will evaluate the financial and non-financial benefits and risks of new partnerships.
You will take primary responsibility for the execution and integration of new opportunities into the sales pipeline.
You will track, report, and optimize the performance of partnerships, identifying opportunities for the sales executives to follow-up on.
You will be responsible for partnership strategy: go to market (pipeline augmentation), and strategic alliances.

What You Will Be Doing
Identify, target, prospect and close complex partnership arrangements and working the SVP of Global Business Development to achieve that deliver real value to the business
Drive market and financial analysis and recommendations to business leaders for key new market expansion growth targets
Have a complete understanding of the company's goals, partner strategy, decision makers, organizational structure, technology and road maps
Develop deep relationships with strategic partners
Work with VP of Sales in order to drive leads and close opportunities from partners
Ensure Sales Best Practice and Methodology, including efficient and effective tracking via Sales / CRM tool set
Work with Marketing, Product Development, and Engineering to enhance product functionality based on requirements captured from partner/customer requirements/needs.
Organize market research and develop capabilities qualifications for an ideal partnership network for our company
What You Need for this Position
Minimum of 5-years of architecting, seeking out, developing, maintaining results oriented partnerships with previous software companies where your efforts have resulted in bottom-line revenue grow for those companies.
Strong benefit of you having senior level contacts within the SI community that are focused in the Life Sciences Vertical
Proven track record of applying vision and purpose to drive business results with previous work experience in the Medical Device and Pharma industry is essential, with added on experience in the Auto ID industry is a major bonus
Excellent communicator - experience establishing successful business case plans in life sciences markets and being able to share with hiring manager to review.
Demonstrated success in closing complex, long sales
Must be willing to travel up to 30 to 50%
