Maxim Healthcare Services isseeking RNs to work one on one in a Home setting in Westfield, MA. Flexiblescheduling available.

Maxim Healthcare Services now offers several training programs forRegistered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) who are looking toadvance their skill set. Training programs including pediatric training, trachtraining, ventilator training and many more! These programs provide caregiverswith training and experience to work comfortably and confidently in thehomecare setting. Maxim does not require previous homecare experience, and newgraduate nurses are also welcome to apply!

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

• Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state in which the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) practices.

• Current Health Certificate (per facility).

• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.

• Current BLS card.
