Job Title: Production Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Production Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and will be responsible for overseeing the production line, ensuring all processes are adhered to, and training general production employees.

Responsibilities

• Safely driving the reach truck to pick up, transport, and place pallets in designated locations within the warehouse.

• Using the reach truck to efficiently load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments from delivery trucks.

• Verifying stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

• Precisely stacking and retrieving pallets from high racking systems within narrow aisles.

• Selecting and staging pallets for specific customer orders.

• Conducting daily pre-shift inspections of the reach truck to ensure proper functionality and safety.

• Following all warehouse safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques, wearing safety gear, and reporting any hazards

Essential Skills

• At least 1+ year of experience as a reach truck operator

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with assembly line tasks such as boxing, packing, and loading.

• Familiarity with forklift operation.

Work Environment

The environment is team-oriented with shift hours as follows: 1st shift from 7am to 3:10pm, 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:10pm, and 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:10am. True reach truck operators start at a higher compensation rate.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
