Job Description:

As the Vice President or Director of Finance in our manufacturing division, you will be directly responsible for managing all financial activities across multiple manufacturing sites. This key leadership role necessitates strategic financial planning, budget management, cost benefit analysis, and forecasting needs. Ultimately, you will play a crucial role in our company's financial success and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial matters across multiple manufacturing sites.

• Develop financial strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction.

• Establish finance operational strategies by forecasting requirements, establishing critical measurements, accruing resources, implementing production, productivity, quality, and resolving customer-service problems.

• Adopt new financial technologies and processes to improve operational efficiency.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Optimize financial performance by studying business forecasts, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.

• Oversee all accounting done at multiple sites, including oversight of the monthly close and financial statements.

• Conduct risk management to minimize business risks.

• Establish and monitor fiscal procedures and financial objectives.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must hold a minimum of 15 years of progressing experience within accounting and finance

• A master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior financial management role within manufacturing environments; overseeing multiple sites is preferred.

• Professional accounting designation (CPA, CMA, or similar) is a plus!

• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.

• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

• Demonstrated expertise in using Accounting Software Systems is essential.
