The Manager, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting will be responsible for managing the company's technical accounting program, including accounting research and conclusions on complex issues. This position will provide accounting support for major transactions for business unit finance teams as well as be responsible for new standards and assisting with the drafting of technical accounting policy.

responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for SEC reporting and assisting with technical accounting memos. The Accounting Manager will play a vital part in ensuring accurate and compliant financial reporting.

• Provide technical accounting support to the global business, ensuring adherence to U.S. GAAP.

• Prepare and compile SEC filings and associated documentation, including financial statements such as the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.

• Identifying and resolving complex accounting issues.

• Develop accounting policies to address new accounting pronouncements

• Oversee revenue close process ensuring accuracy in revenue accounting and reporting.

• Reconcile contract accounts, and prepare necessary revenue adjusting entries.

qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting

• CPA required

• 4+ years of relevant technical accounting experience.

• Big 4 public accounting experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial disclosure requirements and techniques, including GAAP and SEC regulations.

• Demonstrable experience of solving problems in areas of accounting complexity.

• Work in a fast paced team environment with a strong work ethic, meet tight deadlines on multiple priorities, conflict management skills
