Citizens Bank Marketing Manager in Westwood, Massachusetts
The Marketing Partner will ensure flawless execution of customer communications and always-on tactics to enable the division to drive growth while reducing risk and cost. This role will lead end-to-end execution of customer communications and marketing tactics primarily for Small Business and Commercial business lines. The channel focus will be primarily direct marketing (Direct Mail/Email/Telemarking), but could also include digital marketing (social, website).
The Marketing Partner will collaborate with key partners, line of business stakeholders, and external vendors while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Key partners include Marketing Managers, other Marketing Partners, Greenhouse (internal creative agency), external agencies, Brand & Advertising, Legal/Compliance, Sales and Strategy, and Digital SMEs.
Flawless End-to-End Marketing Execution – Develop, implement and track (if needed) marketing and communication tactics such as Direct Mail, Email, Outbound Calling, Web plans, and landing pages
MRM workflow ownership of all assets; including any discussion with legal/compliance
Develop and manage project schedules and identify key dependencies across tactics to ensure on-time delivery. Ownership of all marketing project plans, including direct marketing matrix and instructions for internal data teams and external vendors.
Manage campaign costs and vendor payments to ensure compliance with internal finance and budget policies and on-budget delivery
Creative Brief development
QC of data and creative audits in partnership with internal and external agencies and vendor partners
Post-launch validation to ensure accuracy
Track performance of tactics – In limited instances, track execution and performance of various marketing activities and provide insight and recommendations for future campaigns
3-5 years marketing and communication experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and nurture relationships, influence key stakeholders, and resolve conflicts independently to mutually agreeable solutions
Strong prioritization skills and ability to quickly re-prioritize in a dynamic environment
Track record of developing creative solutions and strategies to complex problems
Self-starter with strong attention to detail, high sense of urgency and ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with various marketing channels, in particular direct mail and email
Computer proficiency, including MS Office (specifically Power Point and Excel)
Experience in financial services and/or a large corporation
Experience with MRM systems a plus
Familiarity with Agile methodology a plus
