B2B Account Service Representative (Part-Time) We are seeking a B2B Account Service Representative to support our existing account managers by maintaining relationships with established clients in Eastern Massachusetts. This part-time, permanent position is ideal for someone looking for a flexible work schedule of a few days per week. The role is based on the South Shore, with local travel throughout Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, Maine, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing accounts through on-site visits. * Perform marketing, merchandising, sales, and invoicing of products. * Work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently. * Adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment and take on additional tasks as needed. * Demonstrate urgency and flexibility in completing work assignments. * Local travel is required (company car provided for customer site visits). Qualifications: * Proven track record of high achievement in work and/or education. * Experience in sales support, merchandising, or customer service is a plus. * Strong communication skills; must be comfortable interacting with business owners in person and over the phone. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative. * Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. * Ability to quickly adapt to change in a growing, fast-moving organization.
