We are looking for a small business operations manager to play an integral role in the success of our creative and growing small business. (For the right Candidate either Full time or part time weekdays) In this role the right candidate will wear many hats. They will have an understanding of business processes; and will adapt to a general understanding of digital print equipment and software supporting digital prints operations. This candidate will assist in scheduling the workload of outside reps to assure that our customers\' needs are met. In addition, they will provide support to the outside reps, including customer visits. This candidate will be responsible for inbound customer call support, including overseeing invoicing orders and product shipment. In this multitasking and dynamic role, the successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of small business duties, with opportunities to tap into their own creative energy for product development. Qualifications Past success of over achieving at work and/or school Strong work ethic is a must Must be able to work independently with initiative Organization is a must as well as prioritization. Entrepreneurial spirit needed Sales support experience is helpful Must be comfortable speaking with business owners on the phone and in person As a small organization things change quickly the right candidate will be able to adjust and adapt to change in a fast pace organization Working knowledge of Excel and Quickbooks is helpful Base plus quarterly company performance bonus, \$25-33/ hour 16-40 hour per week. Weekdays only.
