Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Financial Analyst in Braintree, Massachusetts. This role is vital in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry, requiring the successful applicant to perform a variety of financial analyses and reporting tasks. The position entails a strong focus on data mining, capital management, and using various business systems to ensure effective financial management within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive data mining to gather critical financial information for decision-making processes

• Utilize business systems such as CRM and Confluence to manage and organize financial data

• Prepare detailed financial reports and present them to the CEO and other relevant stakeholders

• Take up auditing responsibilities to ensure adherence to accounting functions and regulatory standards

• Play a crucial role in the budget processes, including planning, tracking, and reporting

• Apply knowledge of 'About Time' software for efficient time and project management

• Use Crystal Reports to generate dynamic, actionable financial reports

• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support capital management strategies

• Assume an interim role in managing financial operations and reporting in the absence of the Director of Finance

• Work closely with other senior financial roles to ensure smooth transition during hiring processes.

Requirements • Proven experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst in the Healthcare, Hospitals, or Social Assistance industry

• Proficient in Business Systems and CRM

• Knowledge of Confluence and Crystal Reports

• Strong understanding of Data Mining Techniques and Capital Management

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Solid experience with Accounting Functions and Auditing

• Demonstrable knowledge of Budget Processes

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
