Williams College Children\'s Center is looking for entry level and / or experienced teachers to join our team dedicated to providing quality child care and education. This is a full-time, year-round, regular appointment. Qualifications - Passion for and knowledge of early education and care principles and developmentally appropriate practices - A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with experience in an early care setting is preferred but not required - Candidates must meet the teacher certification requirements established by the Department of Early Education and Care, or be able to obtain within 12 months with coursework covered by Williams Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Prior to certification, your title would be Assistant Teacher at job band 17, to be promoted to Teacher with a pay bump upon certification.
