Where\'d You Get That!? is a family-built business that takes pride in providing their community with a wide range of gifts for young, old and everything in-between and they are seeking a creative and energetic individual to join the team as a Part-Time Store Associate. As a Store Associate, you will have the opportunity to provide a fun experience to customers and drive store sales by bringing your passion for excellent customer service to work with you each day. Hours of Operation: 10a-6p Shift 3-4 days per week. 8-hour shifts per day. Up to 32 hours. SHIFT FLEXIBILITY AVAILABLE. Pay Rate: Starting at \$17.00 per hour Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide a welcoming and memorable experience for all visitors to our store - Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires. - Compute sales prices, total purchases, and receive and process cash or credit payment. - Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices. - Proactively seek opportunities to up sell and add-on additional merchandise further enhancing the guest\'s experience - Merchandise product displays to create interest for guests - Maintain appearance and cleanliness throughout the property - Complete assigned duties and tasks - Follow applicable company policies and procedures at all times Requirements and expectations: - Candidate must be reliable - Must possess excellent customer service skills - Must be able to move and/or lift 25 pounds - Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time - Experience with inventory control is preferred - Ability to use creativity to maintain store floor and window displays - Organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience with social media marketing is preferred
