The LOA & ADA Administrator is a member of the Total Rewards team working under the general direction of the Strategic Benefits Manager – North America. The LOA & ADA Administrator is responsible for overseeing and administering leave of absence and ADA programs, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  • Administers and supports leave of absence programs including FMLA, ADA, personal leave, short- and long-term disability and other types of absences.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for field locations regarding leave-related inquiries

  • Facilitates the interactive process and consults with various partners to provide guidance on reasonable workplace accommodation requests, including other appropriate alternatives.

  • Review ADA documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Effectively document reasonable accommodation requests and resolutions.

  • Support coordination of the return to work, accommodations, and transitional work assignment program in partnership with Risk Management.

  • Maintains records of ADA accommodation requests.

  • Reviews and analyzes program utilization.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local leave laws, ensuring compliance at all times.

  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address complex leave cases and reasonable accommodation requests.

  • Support the development and implementation of improvements to the LOA and accommodation processes.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in LOA administration, with a focus on ADA and FMLA compliance.

  • In-depth knowledge of ADA, FMLA, state leave laws, and other applicable regulations.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Travel as necessary
