Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Security Specialist in Wilmington, Massachusetts

Securitas is seeking highly motivated and skilled Security Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will enforce security protocols, assess risks, and respond to incidents to ensure a safe environment for our clients. Your expertise and proactive approach will play a critical role in preventing threats and resolving issues efficiently.

No experience necessary! If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role; if not, we will provide you with the training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry.

  • These are full time openings with opportunities for overtime!

  • We are hiring for 1st, 2nd & 3rd shift

Day to Day Duties:

  • Monitor and evaluate security systems, controls, and procedures to identify vulnerabilities and implement improvements.

  • Conduct security risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents and emergencies.

  • Patrols on foot or in company provided vehicle to inspect building and grounds

  • Monitor security activities through Closed Circuit Camera Systems

  • Maintain compliance with all applicable security standards, regulations, and client requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years of age

• Reliable means of transportation

• Ability to effectively speak, read and write English

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
