The ideal candidate will have a BS Degree, MBA, 2+ years of hands-on accounting experience, and strong Excel skills. They should take pride in their work and have a willingness to learn and grow.

In addition to a competitive salary and bonus of $75K, this role offers overall good benefits including tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO Days. While currently an in-office position, there may be flexibility after trained.

Requirements - Comfortable working in a changing and dynamic environment

• Skilled with ERP systems

• 2+ years of recent and relevant accounting experience

• BA/BS or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or Economics

• Top notch analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Mature organizational, written and verbal communication skills

• Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

• Attention to detail and proven ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

• Experience with account reconciliation

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience

• Foundational knowledge in bank reconciliations

• Expertise in journal entries

• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work within spreadsheets and databases

• Proficient with spreadsheets and databases

• Commitment and abilities to meet critical business deadlines
