Comcast Business Job Summary:

-The qualified leader will be responsible for overseeing the development of the short and long-term product sales strategy and sales performance for the Greater Boston Region.

-Monitors the progress of sales, marketing impact ROI and manages operating expenses, reviewing with Senior Leadership.

-Defines and recommends new products, services and marketing strategy for regional opportunities in a highly competitive environment.

-Responsible for local operations staff ensuring optimum installation intervals are achieved. Owns driving and maintaining a culture focused on delivering a superior customer experience to new and existing customers.

-Implements the annual tactical plan to ensure the success of the Company's Product Sales programs.

-Oversees the organization, promotion, and orchestration of all sales activities to ensure the success of the Company's Product Sales campaign.

Core Responsibilities:

-Manages an annual operating budget for Product Sales.

-Develops sales strategies, identifies tools to assist with sales activities and action steps to follow in the sales campaign.

-Develops sales incentives to align with strategies and channel deployment as necessary.

-Oversees regional marketing strategy including advertising, promotional activities and analysis of ROI.

-Oversees the selection and training of Product Sales personnel, and the coordination of all logistical aspects of the sales program.

-Collaborates with functional peers to ensure identification of barriers to success and creates appropriate response tactics/strategies to deliver business plan.

Education Level

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certifications. Generally requires 15 years related experience
