Description We are in search of an Account Specialist for Leasing Operations based in Woburn, Massachusetts. This role primarily involves working with the leasing aspects of our assets. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This contract to hire employment opportunity will allow the individual to engage with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit.

• Act as a support to Managers and Account Project Managers by assisting with tasks such as project set-up, tracking application re-approvals, document creation and retrieval, and processing purchase orders.

• Create and submit applications into the Online Application system, ensuring a thorough understanding of the customers' proposed tower and ground equipment configuration.

• Compile and deliver/upload customer documents including lease packages, purchase order requests and other project level deliverables.

• Coordinate document and data uploads into internal and external systems.

• Support Account Project Managers with tracking and following up with internal teams on incidental project-related items such as authorization letters, building permit applications, and compliance and environmental clearances.

• Support the team in processing applications through the transactional components of the process by triggering lease drafts and assisting with resolving issues that arise through the quality control review.

• Input project-related administrative items such as one-time fee requirements, special project coding, and jurisdictional requirements into the collocation project tracking system upon application receipt through the Online Application system.

• Undertake any other duties as assigned. Requirements • Demonstrable experience in leasing operations and account management

• Proficiency in customer service and communication skills

• Strong understanding and application of documentation and legal documentation procedures

• Familiarity with operational processes and procedures, including compliance, auditing, and quality control

• Knowledge and experience with project management and contract management

• Proficiency in software such as 'About Time' and 'Workstation Support'

• Experience with purchase orders, receipts, and coding

• Ability to drive process improvement initiatives and resolve issues efficiently

• Knowledge of component selection, configuration management, and protocols

• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Ability to review and verify authorizations and other necessary documents

• Engineering background or understanding would be advantageous.
