Robert Half Accountant/Office Manager in Woburn, Massachusetts


Robert Half is working with a client based out of Burlington MA who is looking to fill an Accountant/Office Manager position ASAP. Key responsibilities include the duties listed below. Someone with great organizational skills would be a perfect fit for this role.

• Payroll for about 65 employees

• Light AP and AR

• Occasional calls out to vendors

• Data entry for vendor slips

• Entering information into their accounting software (Structure is the software, will train in this)

• Will be reporting to the Controller

Requirements Weekly Payroll, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Office Administration, Administrative Assistance
