Raytheon Technologies Administrative Specialist in Woburn, Massachusetts

Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) is looking for an Administrative Specialist to provide administrative and clerical support.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Schedule/coordinate unclassified/classified meetings as well as acting as security monitor during meetings

Assist Program Managers and program team with meeting coordination and schedule

Book international and domestic travel

Processing and tracking expense reports

Coordinate Customer Visit Certifications with point of contacts and make sure they have been received

Registering visitors in Visitor Registration System

Initiate shipping memos

Order stationary supplies and maintain adequate working supplies

Required Skills:

6 years of professional administrative experience supporting leaders in a large organization

Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Word; SharePoint; Expense Reporting Systems; Internet search engines and map/direction utilities

Experience with calendar management, meeting scheduling and coordination, planning events, expense reports, and data reports

Coordinate Customer Visit Certifications with point of contacts and make sure they have been received

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will need a U.S. Security Clearance within 1 year of start date

Desired Skills:

Active Clearance

Working in large matrixed organizations

Experience interacting with senior levels of leadership effectively

Knowledge with policies and procedures (Business Travel, Business Courtesies, etc.) for large corporations

Prior experience in supporting a Defense, Aerospace, or Intelligence Community Business Area

Required Education:

High School Diploma with 6+ year's applicable experience in Administrative Support roles

Desired Education:

Bachelor's Degree

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems
