SolidEnergy Systems Corp Cathode Leader in Woburn, Massachusetts
Responsible for leading the design and set up of the Cathode production line and designing and installing coating equipment, including setting up the Cathode manufacturing line from scratch; designing Cathode and Cell design to achieve the companys high-performance standards; developing and validating new Cathode preparation process; working with cross-functional teams internally and externally to bring new cathode technology to cell production; and leading collaboration with external stakeholders and partners to monitor and supervise the Cathode and Cell productions. Direct and supervise our Cell R&D team and the staff researchers.
