Ethos Veterinary Health Client Liaison - Veterinary Hospital in Woburn, Massachusetts
The Client Liaison is a back-office administrative role within our Client Care Department. This role is tasked with delivering superior care for our clients and referring veterinarians while developing relationships with the hospital teams.
Schedule: We are currently hiring for multiple shifts
Pay Rate: Compensation based on experience and education $17 - $22 per hour
Handle incoming telephone calls from clients and answer general questions and inquiries.
Enter all client and patient information into the hospital information system efficiently and accurately
Communicate with patients and staff via phone calls, emails, instant messages, and the hospital information system
Answer and resolve patient inquiries in a professional, empathetic, and patient-centered way
Educate and advise clients regarding hospital services, products, and practices
Assist clients with non-medical questions such as booking appointments, and invoicing
Explain alternative payment options for clients such as lines of credit and billing plans
Submit documentation to insurance when indicated
Collaboratively working with medical departments to obtain updates regarding inpatients
Send completed records to referring veterinarians when requested
Education, License, and Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent experience required
Must be available to work one weekend day
Skills and Experience:
Customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train!
Experience in human or veterinary medical offices is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Specifically Word, Teams, Outlook)
