Aerotek Customer Service Representative in WOBURN, Massachusetts
Job Description •Scheduling service appointments via phone, email, and text •Dispatching to service techs on route updates •Filing and faxing •Creating orders for customer supplies •Provides quote and order entry support •Responsible for seeing that entry of quotes and orders are carried out •Enters all quotes into the system in a timely manner •Follows-up on billing •Determines and applies appropriate adjustments •Updates accounts as necessary •Taking payments for our service plans via credit card •Assist in scheduling service appoints when necessary •Assist in projects as necessary
